I am very upset because I have been on hold to make a payment for two hours and I am still on hold now while I am typing this complaint and no one can take the call other than the bankruptcy unit. I really think that something should be done about that considering there are no jobs perhaps you could hire some people to accomodate this?
Or are you afraid your record of treating your consumer speaks for how you treat your staff. Bet you hang up on me cause its almost 6pm central time and thats 5pm your time.
