Greentree Servicing - The company took out two payments in one month.
The moertage payment was due but I was told automatic payment was not yet set up. I gave them my check info over the phone and they took the money out of my account on 5/13/13.
Two days later another payment was taken out of my account because the automatic payment was activated. I faxed the info from the bank about the double payment and was told another payment wouldn't be due until 7/5. I checked my account and another payment was taken out 6/4/13. I never got a refund from the double payment in May and the man I spoke to tonight said they have no verification of receiving the fax.
I have to send another fax to a different fax number (the man on the phone tonight said I had the wrong fax #).
The bills I paid in May thinking I had the money all resulted in overdrafts costing me $35.00 each. The bills I paid this week resulted in the same OD fees since Green Tree took another mortgage payment out.
ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK - WHAT ELSE DO I HAVE TO DO BEFORE THIS CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED?
Monetary Loss: $586.

Change your Bank Account Details and do not use their autopay program . There are allegations from many others about GTS making unauthorized withdrawals from their accounts .
Use Certified Mail / Return Receipt to make your payments . Save all delivery receipts and cancelled checks / Money order stubs .
