Customer service is non existent.Loan from GMAC to Greentree.
GT did not credit my escrow shortage payment resulting in my loan payment being the higher amount. Two phone calls in February and there refrain was to blame GMAC . Told if I didn't,t pay the higher INCCORRECT amount my loan would be I default. How many phone calls is it going to take and is this legal?
Can anything be done or do they have at least a month to keep your mo.ney in limbo and not apply it correctly?
Kept being told it " would all even out" .When?
